1. Appointment Bookings

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or emial

• Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment session.

2. Last-Minute Appointments

• Bookings made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered last-minute.

• Last-minute bookings are not guaranteed and are subject to manual confirmation by our team.

• To avoid delays, waiting, or disappointment, please call or message the clinic directly to confirm availability for any last-minute booking.

3. Prepaid Packages

• Prepaid packages are offered at a discounted rate as they are paid upfront and reserved in advance.

• These sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with proper notice.

• If you miss a prepaid session without prior notice (see cancellation policy), the session will be forfeited.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of booking deposit or loss of prepaid session.

• Missed appointments ("no-shows") without notice will be treated as used sessions.

5. Delays & Technical Errors

• While we do our best to avoid system errors, in rare cases a technical delay in booking confirmation may occur.

• Mada Clinic & Spa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party booking platforms, but we will always work with you to rearrange your session promptly.

6. Communication

• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your appointment is successfully booked.

• If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us directly to confirm your appointment.
